Spa Board Doctor specializes in spa circuit board repair. New spa circuit boards are expensive and often repair is a good option. When sending us your spa controller for repair, please fill out and send the "Circuit Board Repair Form" below and note the following:
1. It may be easier to remove and send the spa controller enclosure as a whole rather than diconnecting all the wires to remove the circuit board. Take pictures before you begin and during removal to aid in reinstallation.
2. If you would like your spaside control (touchpad/display) tested, include it. Most spaside controls are stuck down to the spa surface with two sided tape. Simply insert a flat blade between spa surface and spaside to pop up. Note: Some spasides must first be released from above (screws under top label) or from below via integrated securing screws.
3. IMPORTANT:
Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and a description of the problem with your package and/or, fill out and submit the "Circuit Board Repair Form" below.
